There is a strong sense of community in the Warwick district, and the Observer is proud to have been be at the heart of the community for over 25 years.

We live in a beautiful area, with the stunning award-winning gardens of Royal Leamington Spa, which is one of only a handful of towns in the country allowed a ‘Royal’ prefix having been granted it by Queen Victoria who was so impressed with the town when she visited. And neighbouring Warwick and Kenilworth boast world-renown historic castles. Warwick has been at the centre of English history for over 1,100 years, while Kenilworth may have been left a ruin by Oliver Cromwell, but like Warwick, draws visitors from around the world.

Our aim is to offer readers an informative and entertaining read every week, and we put all our efforts into achieving just that. Whether its success on the football pitch for Leamington FC – known throughout the land as the Brakes for the town’s links with the motor trade – to the many stories of personal achievement by our readers, including helping those less fortunate than themselves, both at home and abroad. The Observer is a community newspaper. It always has been and it always will be.
